Anaros Pitha / Pineapple Snack

Anaros Pitha / Pineapple Snack is a pineapple shape snack soaked in syrup.

Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil for deep fry

For Syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup water

How to make:

  1. Make syrup and let it cools down. We need lukewarm syrup.
  2. Make semi hard dough with all ingredients and rest for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into 6 balls and roll each ball into thin flat bread.
  4. Cut each bread into quarter inch strip and take 10 strips to weave a mat; join each edge to give pineapple shape like video or photos.
  5. Heat oil on medium heat and fry each pineapple snacks till it becomes golden brown.
  6. Take it out from oil and soak it in syrup for minute.
  7. Enjoy Anaros Pitha / Pineapple snack.

উপকরণ:

খামিরের জন্য:

  • ২ কাপ  ময়দা
  • ২  টেবিল চামচ তেল
  • লবন
  • ডুবো তেলে ভাজার জন্য তেল

সিরার জন্য:

  • ১ কাপ চিনি
  • ১/২ কাপ পানি

প্রণালি :

  • চিনি এবং পানি দিয়ে সিরা তৈরি করে ঠাণ্ডা করে নিন ।আমাদের ঈষদুষ্ণ(হাল্কা গরম) সিরা প্রয়োজন।
  • ময়দা, তেল ও লবণ দিয়ে খামির করে পাতলা রুটি তৈরি করুন।
  • রুটি তৈরির পর  চিকন করে কেটে নিয়ে পাটির মত  বুনে নিন।
  • বুনন শেষে দুই মাথা একসঙ্গে জুড়ে দিতে হবে। তেলে বাদামি রঙ করে ভেজে ১ মিনিটের জন্য সিরায় ভিজাই।
  • পরিবেশন করুন মজাদার আনারস পিঠা।

    I just saw this recipe on your facebook page and I can’t wait to try it. I have already made mishti doi, patishapta, jorda and pudding using your recipes! And I being only 21, managed to impress everyone! I can’t wait to try more of your recipes! I’ve noticed that your recipes are actually perfect. I’ve tried following recipes posted by others but they’ve hardly been successful but your instructions are easy to follow and perfect so thank you for making my life easy apu! =)

    Ami eta banano try korechi but actual dough ta hoi nai. Dough e ki pani dite hoi? And if so approximately koto dite hoi? Ami flour e 2 tbs tel diyechi but mixture ta kemon crumbly hoye giyechilo ar bind hocchilo na. Onek chesta korechi to bind it bur hoi nai.

    Ami abr pore pani diye nimki style e banai, pitha ta syrup e chere diyechi but ami apnr style e banaite chai but hocche na. Please help!
