Ingredients:
• 2 cups Greek yogurt
• 3 cups cold water
• 1 tablespoon chopped mint
• ½ tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
• 1 teaspoon fried cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 2 green chillies
• 2 tablespoon sugar(or more)
• ¼ teaspoon mustard powder(optional)
• ½ teaspoon black salt
• Salt to taste
Also needs blender.
How to make:
1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend well.
2. Check the salt and sugar.
3. Serve Borhani chilled.

hi.what is greek yogurt?
Greek yogurt is thick sour yogurt like deshi tok doi in thick form. If you are in Bangladesh please use tok doi. Thanks.
