  1. Hi, love your recipes. Just want to know can you freeze the gulap pitha and fry when you want to? How long can they be kept in the freezer ? Thank you

    • First I never freeze it. After making it you keep it refrigerator easily 3-4 days . some people half fry and store .When you want to soak it in syrup , fry and again and soak it. My mum freeze pakon pitha which kind of same, take out and defrost in refrigerator for over night or heat it microwave. Please dont over crowd it if you freeze. Hope it will help. thanks.
