  Murgh Musallam is whole chicken roast cooked in yogurt and spicy fried onion gravy. Though it looks like lot of work but actually pretty easy recipe with extravagant result. Enjoy. Ingredients: • 1 whole chicken ( about 1.5 skin off) 1 approx 2 pounds • 1 and ½ cup sliced onion • 10-12 almonds (skin off) paste • 1 tablespoon poppy Seeds paste • 2 tablespoons coconut paste / coconut milk (optional) • 2 teaspoons chilli powder • 1 teaspoon coriander powder • 2 teaspoons garlic paste • 2 teaspoon ginger paste • 1 tablespoon green Papaya / meat tenderizer • 1 tablespoon lime juice • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (tok doi) • 2 cloves • 2 cardamom pods • 1” cinnamon stick • 1/3 cup Oil • 2 tablespoons ghee • Salt to taste • 1-2 boiled eggs • Kewra Essence(optional)   How to make: 1.   Kheer Kadam is kheer stuffed chamcham and rolled in mawa. As you know, making Kheer (cook milk till it dries and becomes soft dough consistency) is a bit time consuming. To make it easy I used milk powder and milk. Make sure you have hard chamcham otherwise it will be hard to stuff. Ingredients: • 12-14 small chamcham (round shape) • 1 and ½ cup milk powder • 1 cup milk • 2 tablespoons ghee • 1/3 cup icing sugar • 1/3 cup mawa How to make: 1. Mix milk powder, milk and ghee in a pan and mix it well. 2. Cook it on medium heat stirring continuously until it starts leaving the sides of the frying pan and becomes like dough. Cook 2 minutes more. 3. Let it pour into a bowl and let it cool down till it becomes just lukewarm. 4. Mix sugar with it. 5. Divide it into 12-14 balls and stuff each chamcham in each milk balls. 6. Eidul Adha Mubarrak. Chaler Ruti /Ruti Pitha / Rice Roti / Gluten Free Flat Bread is a popular item in second day of Eid with meat curry in Bangladesh. It takes only 2 ingredients, but needs bit effort on kneading. Thanks. Ingredients: • 1 cup rice flour • 1 tsp salt • Rice flour for rolling How to make: 1. Boil 1 cup water with salt, when it comes to boiling point, lower the heat to minimum. 2. Add flour to the water and stir well. Cook it 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat. 3.   Wish you all a very very happy Durga Puja. Batasa / Sugar Drop Candy is a very popular Bangladesh. Specially in Hindu Festival it is a must have sweet.   Ingredients: • 2 cups sugar • ½ tsp bicarb soda • ½ cup water Also needs aluminium foil or kula. How to make: 1. In a small saucepan, place sugar and water over a medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. 2. Bring sugar, syrup and water to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. When white bubbles start to show from bottom, stir constantly. 3. Place aluminium foil close to the stove and remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the bicarbonate soda to the saucepan. 4. Pour spoonful hot mixture on foil till you finish the mixture (you need to be quick)and leave to cool. 5.
