• 2 cups Greek yogurt

• 3 cups cold water

• 1 tablespoon chopped mint

• ½ tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

• 1 teaspoon fried cumin powder

• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

• 2 green chillies

• 2 tablespoon sugar(or more)

• ¼ teaspoon mustard powder(optional)

• ½ teaspoon black salt

• Salt to taste

Also needs blender.




How to make:

1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend well.

2. Check the salt and sugar.

3. Serve Borhani chilled.

    • Greek yogurt is thick sour yogurt like deshi tok doi in thick form. If you are in Bangladesh please use tok doi. Thanks.
