Chilli Beef By Rownak Jahan, June 19, 2012 Prep Time: 6 minutes Cook time: 28 minutes Yield: 4 Ingredients: • 500 gram beef stir fry • 1 tablespoon vinegar • 1 tablespoon soya sauce • 1 teaspoon ginger paste • ½ teaspoon white pepper powder • ½ teaspoon sugar • 1 tablespoon cornflour • 1 medium size onion • 10-12 green chillies(sliced) • ½ teaspoon tasting salt • 3 tablespoon oil(I prefer mustard oil) • Salt to taste How to make: 1. Marinate meat with soya sauce, vinegar, ginger, sugar, pepper and salt. Let it sit for at least half hour. 2. Cut the onion and open it up like the picture. 3. Heat the pan with oil and add meat. 4. When it dries up; add 2 cups water and cook it under closed lid till meat becomes tender. 5. Add green chillies, onion and tasting salt and stir it. 6.
