Green mango Juice / Kacha Amer Shorbot / কাঁচা আমের শরবত
Green mango juice is a typical Summer delight juice in the Bengal, however each person makes it differently. Some likes to roast mango and some likes to boil it; some likes add green chillies and some likes to add black pepper. Some even likes to use half ripe mango. In this preparation sugar depends on sourness of your mango and your taste bud, so use it as less or as much you needed. Personally I like to roast green mangoes to get perfect smoky flavour but if you want to make life easy and handy, you can peel mango, cut the flesh and boil it with water till it becomes soft.
