If you are lucky enough to have one, add chopped chilli in the end. Ingrdients: • 1 and ½ cup moong dal • 1 large onion sliced • 650 grams(wings, liver, giblet) • ½ tablespoon chilli powder • 1 teaspoon coriander powder • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder • 1 tablespoon ginger paste • 1 tablespoon garlic paste • 1 bay leaf • 2 cardamom • 1″ cinnamon • 3-4 clove • 4-5 green chillies • 1 teaspoon toasted cumin powder • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves • Salt to taste • 1/3 cup oil       How to make: 1. Ring Kabab

  Today I am doing ring kabab. To keep the original recipe I used soya sauce and garlic, but if you are not into soya sauce like me, you can use white vinegar and ginger. Ingredients: • 1 large chicken breast fillet • 1 carrot peeled • 1/3 teaspoon garlic paste • ½ tablespoon soya sauce • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce • Salt to taste • 1 teaspoon oil Also needs 7-9 toothpicks     How to make: 1. Tenderize the fillet with and marinate soya sauce for 10 minutes. 2. Spread tomato sauce, chilli sauce, garlic and salt on chicken breast. 3. Boil the carrot in salty water for 2 minutes. 4. Place the carrot on chicken breast and roll the breast. Cut the breast about .35″ wide ring. 5. Seal every ring with toothpick and fry it till chicken is cooked. 6. Serve ring kabab as a great snack or appetizer.

  This is not very Bangladeshi recipe. But I was inspired and made this one. Hope you guys will like this one. Ingredients: • 4 capsicum(small size) • ½ capsicum chopped • ½ kg beef/ mutton/ chicken mince • 2 medium onion chopped • 3-4 green chillies chopped • 1 teaspoon ginger paste • 1 teaspoon coriander powder • 1 teaspoon black pepper crushed • 2 tablespoon chopped mint leaves • Salt to taste • 1 tablespoon oil Also spray oil       How to make: 1. Heat the oil in a pan and add onion. Fry the onion till it becomes soft. 2. Add mince, ginger, coriander, black pepper, chilli and salt. 3. Stir it and mix well. Add chopped capsicum and cook it till mince is cooked. 4. Cut the capsicum to follow the picture. 5. Boil water and add 1 tablespoon salt. Boil the capsicum for 1-2 minutes. 6.   Achari curry is made with all the spices of pickle or achar/pickle. Achari chicken is a delicious dish which goes very well with roti, parathas or naan. Some of us like achari chicken with lots of spice and stuffed chilli. But personally I like this way. Some of us can easy to easy to add oil from achar (Pickle). For chicken lollipop the only trick is turn over the meat. I use panko bread crumbs here. If you want you can use normally bread crumbs. But I prefer panko bread crumbs.
