  Shawarma Kabab is not actually Bangladeshi Food but very popular in Bangladesh. Sauce varies store to store and country to country. Even you can use mayonnaise as a sauce. It’s a bit long process though very easy and hard to go wrong. Enjoy. Content goes here For wrap (bread): 2 cups flour 1 tablespoon yeast 1tablespoon oil ½ tablespoon sugar Salt to taste Lukewarm water Flour to roll For Meat: 400 gm boneless chicken breast (cut into thin strips) 400 gm boneless beef (cut into thin strips) 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon allspice (kababchini) 2 teaspoon garlic 3 tablespoon yogurt(tok doi) 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon papaw paste / meat tenderizer (for beef) 2 tablespoon oil(or less) Salt to taste For Sauce: 1 large boiled potato 4 cloves of garlic or to taste 3 tablespoon mayonnaise 3 tablespoons yoghurt  ½ teaspoon sesame seed paste  1 and 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon chilli powder (to taste) Salt to

Sorry for late post. Hot summer makes me lazy. Noodles is not very authentic Bangladeshi food. But Fried Noodles(Bangladeshi Style) has authentic taste which is very popular in Bangladesh. I use diced ingredients here, but you can use sliced too. Even you can use your choice vegetables. Instead of egg you can use prawn. It is a simple and easy recipe with full of taste. Instead of egg you can use prawn. In that you need to fry the prawn with onion. Ingredients: • 700 grams hairy melon thinly sliced • ½ medium onion sliced • 4 green chillies • 1 egg • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder • 3 tablespoon milk(optional) • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves • 2 tablespoon oil • Salt to taste       How to make: 1. Scramble Eggplant / Beguner Khagina

  Ingredients: • 1 large eggplant • 2 eggs • ½ medium onion finely chopped • 3-4 green chillies chopped • ¼ teaspoon turmeric (optional) • 2 tablespoons coriander chopped • 2 tablespoon oil • Salt to taste How to make: 1. Turn on your oven on grill at high heat. Apply little bit oil on eggplant and make some holes on eggplant with fork. Grill the eggplant both sides till the skin on the eggplant is charred. 2. Let the eggplant cool down and then peel off the skin .Cut the eggplant into small pieces and add all ingredients except coriander. Mix well. 3. Heat the pan with oil and cook the eggplant mix till it starts to leave from the side of the pan (stir constantly). 4. Add coriander and check the salt. Remove it from heat 5. Serve Scramble Eggplant / Beguner Khagina with rice or roti.

Dimer korma/ egg korma is a wonderful side dish which is egg cooked in milky sauce with bare amount of spice. Personally I have three different recipes for Dimer korma/ Egg korma. Today I will give easiest one with coconut cream. Coconut cream is a very handy item which you can find Asian section of your Supermarket. I know how pain it will be if I say that you need to paste the coconut and take out milk from that paste. Enjoy the easy version of egg korma.
