You can cook it in oven, but to make it more convenient I did on pan. It is a beautiful dish with full of flavour. Only trick in this recipe is marinating part. Most(only) used meat tenderizer is green papaya paste which is used in this recipe. You can use any meat tenderizer by your choice.
